New Listings Coming Soon!


April has sure been BUSY. I have been showing lots of property to buyers all over the SYV. And I’ve opened 3 new escrows! Congratulations to my wonderful clients who are purchasing 1105 North Christina (Santa Maria), 428 Kendale Place (Buellton), and 611 Central #2 (Buellton). These clients are wisely taking advantage of the still-low interest rates to purchase homes and investment properties. Yes, the Fed raised rates last month, but Bankrate shows us the average buyer can expect interest rates averaging 4.58%. When I became a Realtor in 1997 ~ back when dinosaurs were roaming the earth ~ mortgage interest rates were in the mid 7% ranges and everyone was racing to refinance. The Federal Reserve has stated it will raise the benchmark lending rate at least twice more this calendar year, so if you have been on the fence about making a Real Estate move, now is the time to get serious and give me a call.

I also bringing 3 new stellar listings to the market over the next 2 weeks to join my current listing at 1725 Linda Vista in Santa Ynez (AMAAAAAAAZING home with big sky and coastal mountain range views, a pool, spa, waterfall, AND a separate guest house/ADU/rental!)

These homes are all over 2000 sqft and, though exact pricing is still TBD, their prices will range from the high $500K’s to the high $700K’s.
